Project Brief

To assist BrightRock in Consumer Engagement at Uplands Festival 2016.  Setting up branding, activating and coordinating Rugby interactive games and competition to ages 5 through to 13.  Share and promote BrightRock Rugby Association messaging to consumers.

The Challenge

Ensuring Activation Agents are enthused and engaging throughout the 3day long festival. Activation Agents were to be trained in the elements and logistics of the games and competitions as well as trained in the Brand Image of BrightRock. Activation Agents needed to speak and identify with Rugby Terms and lingo.

The Solution

Extensive Activation & Brand Training done with Agents prior to Festival. Continuous management and support by Mindful Marketing Activation Manager throughout festival to ensure flawless execution of brief. Daily Opening and Closing Team Briefing meetings were held to ensure any issues were addressed and corrected.  Activation Agents Enthused with Fun and Excitement, Energy and Vivaciousness… lead to an extremely successful event and happy Clients
