Project Brief

Event Activation support and Consumer Engagement for Nando’s at Innibos 2016.  Coordination of Activation Area and Activation Agents, creating an exciting consumer

Work in conjunction with White Rabbit Productions to assist with creating and setting up sleek looking activation space with pallet furniture and structures, Have fun and engaging games for festival goers to play and win prizes. Use activation ambassadors with lots of energy and people skills.  Brand people with the Nando’s logos in creative ways and offer other exciting entertainment.

Coordination and support of Nando’s presence in Innibos Cultural Carnival Parade.

Coordination and management of Nando’s Mascots (2 Character Suits) interaction at and throughout the festival. Special Appearances, photo shoots and general engagement schedule.

The Challenge

Ensuring High Energy activation throughout 4days festival. Management of multiple interests covered by Mindful Marketing over the festival duration mean strategic planning and excellent communication at all times.  Unplanned opportunities requiring last minute coordination and planning required quick thinking, keenness and flexibility served with Extra Energy.

The Solution

Extensive Activation & Brand Training done with Agents prior to Festival. Continuous management and support by Mindful Marketing Activation Manager throughout festival to ensure flawless execution of brief. Daily Opening and Closing Team Briefing meetings were held to ensure any issues were addressed and corrected.  Flexibility from the Mindful Team, and Activation Agents Enthused with Fun and Excitement, Energy and Vivaciousness… lead to an extremely successful event and happy Clients.
